Assessments

Homeowners become members of the Windgate Ranch Community Association when they purchase a home. Members are responsible for paying monthly dues to support community operations and reserve funds.

 

Assessments are due on the 1st of each month. Assessments received after the 15th of the month are subject to late fees. Current assessments are $390 per month.
