Clubhouse (Maximum Occupancy 160)

·       $500.00 refundable security deposit

·       $2,100.00 for daily rental 8 am – 11 pm

 

Windgate Room (Maximum Occupancy 85)

·       $400.00 refundable security deposit

·       $400.00 for a 6 – hour rental

 

Playground Ramada

·       $150.00 refundable security deposit

·       $100.00 + $25.00 Per hour

 

Full Access Rental (Clubhouse, Outdoor Living Room, Upper Event Lawn, & Windgate Room)

·       $1,000.00 refundable deposit

·       $4,100.00 for daily rental 8 am – 11 pm
